Custom-engineered for the Toyota Hilux and 4Runner 3.0 Litre Diesel models from 2003 onwards, these headers are specifically designed to accommodate vehicles equipped with EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) systems. The Tri-Y design focuses on improving exhaust scavenging, which is essential for diesel engines to maintain low-end grunt and better fuel economy during towing or off-road driving. Constructed with 1⅝" (41mm) primary pipes and 1⅞" (48mm) secondaries, this kit provides a significant flow improvement over stock manifolds, terminating in a 2¼" (57mm) outlet for optimal backpressure management.
